How long are the training sessions?
Each training session lasts for 55 mins, but sessions can be adjusted to fit your schedule or preference.
What should I wear for the training sessions?
You should wear comfortable sports clothing and footwear suitable for the location of your training session.
How do I book a training session?
Training sessions can be booked via email or over the phone
How do I pay for my training sessions?
Sessions are paid for in advance via bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to you detailing the amount due and the due date for the payment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session without being charged. If less than 24 hours notice is given then you will still be charged the full amount for the session.
